Weigh Station 12 - Westbound

Scale master said he'll let me go if I showed him my bunghole

I don't mind weigh stations but placing two of them in a city with quite a bit of industry is just terrible at least move them to i74 or i80 now I have to go west to scale my load because sorry DOT but I can't exactly know my weight with my mind. Such an unnecessary hassle
