I did a phone call 1 min ago to check the product availability, and the person who attended call was terrible, and had no diligence towards roles and responsibilities, just dropped the phone call after saying no.

Always competitive pricing. I gave a mid-score because the customer service is almost nonexistent. I don't how many times I've searched for ages to find some help with product questions, locations, and pricing. When you do finally find someone the attitude is short and very unfriendly. Quite disappointing.
