Staff are rude and indifferent. It's called entitlement syndrome.

My senior mother has been in to see a doctor many times and everytime they say there are no doctors available. Why is the door even open then

Unfortunately I have been there twice now. But fortunately, the team there has made both visits pleasant ones. They are all very kind and show great patience even with the people who are a bit more difficult to deal with. With our Healthcare on such a decline, I really appreciate their team!
