This place has less space for their customers to park on weekends you have less chance to find spot it's dust when it's dry and it's muddy when it's raining it's very rough when you driving in it …

fenced in, 24hour security surveillance, big parking lot for semitrucks, dump trucks, cars etc etc to park or store there. gotta pay their fee to park of course. which is reasonable fair
