United Towing Service

This towing was called for me at 2 different occasions, 1st time was told time they will arive and ended canceling on me after 30 min wait, today they wore over 2 hrs late to their estimated time, they are the worst,

Did not come with 1 hour as promised. After waiting for an hour, just extended time for one more hour.

Is there an option for negative stars? This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Geico arranged for United towing to come pick up my car. They said it would take an hour and a 1/2. That is definitely longer than I've waited …
