Portillo’s Towing & Recovery

Left my vehicle on the road for 24 hours....never called or communicated or did they answer their phone.

Literally the worst company ever! Called at 10 and they said be there by 1130-12. At 2 still a no show and when you call to get an eta some clueless person answers and says i dont know or about 15 mins every time. Some companies should just throw in the towel and this is definitely one of them

If I could give zero stars, I would. Yikes.
