Forgot the order. Called at 7:00am ...said it would a couple of hours. Called back at 11:30am ...was told the night shift operator did not enter the order.

The tow truck driver doesn't know how to drive. He cut across multiple lanes and cut me off. I had to lock up my brakes. Please try to train employees and make sure they know how to drive.

The guys are liars and change their rates on you... they will do everything they can within our laws to steal your property. Gave me a different daily rate and dollar amount 3 different times in 24 hours...
