A scammer, fraud, and coward. Beware of mister Julio Alberto Palma Montenegro. He will have your equipment sitting neglected and abandoned while he claims to make "repairs". His work is questionable at best and will only seek out how to drain more money from you. Since October of 2023 he has been in possesion of a trailer of ours that was to have a liftgate installed. Julio asked for money upfront but minimal work was done and it was left without working lights making it illegal for road use. On 2 occasions he claimed the trailer was ready only to find it still incomplete. He certainly had a bill ready for work not even completed. Eventually he stopped answering our calls. Till this day Julio refuses show his face or even respond to a court summons for this issue. Having sued him for this issue (Case 24CV45376 Wash Co) he refuses to answer and comply with a lawful court order. Our trailer still sits in his lot abandoned, neglected, and burried in mud. At this point we suspect he intends to keep our trailer and send parts from it and other customer vehicles to Central America where he exports many vehicles. Stay far away from this and avoid a massive hassle.
