-Scammed me on Parts-
Active Duty military member who am not the most mechanically savy.
I engaged them to do a simple Break pad Swap. I self-purchased the pads in advance so The owner quoted me for a $150 hour of labor. After 2.5hrs The mechanic fractured my Brake Caliper improperly attempting to remove my brake pad. It was a honest mistake, I get it.
The company owner made me believe it was my mistake for having a weak brake Caliber, made me pay the $200 for a new one. Then took about hour to complete the work.
After some research, I discovered brake Calibers are solid steel designed to withstand heat and be very durable. Upon evaluation, the caliber was broken due to someone hammering it with a flathead screwdriver.
The owner REFUSED TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY, REFUSED refund me for the part, and REFUSED TO MAKE IT RIGHT.
