Got a meatball sub and saw him put in the oven. Drove home and it was very cold. I do not think he turned it on. Never had this problem before.

The manager is a horrible person and pockets the tips. Hand tips directly to employees and loudly announce it’s for them and not the manager. Corporate has been informed and blew it off.
