The worst truck stop that I have ever been to drivers takes too long at The bump, and they don't care

Showed up at 9:36 pm on a Saturday needing a marker light bulb changed on the top of the trailer. All the techs were playing on their phones in the lobby and when I asked they stated it was to late and they didn't have time to do it. They spent the rest of the time on their phone then went home at 9:50. Just lazy people
