horrible communication

Quick friendy service

We were told our rental was going to be ready at 2pm, we showed up to get it at 430 and it wasn't ready! Were told it would be ten minutes for them to test drive it, it is now 530pm and it still isn't ready! Don't tell us it's ready at a certain time if it isn't. Not a very good experience at all!
