Poor customer service, had a rental conformation email then called them and proceeded to say they had no idea about it, and said they didn’t have any equipment then was told “it was messy”

Very crooked place!! I have been over charged for rentals by over $3,000 for several months now, and management won't address. Poor customer service!!
