Parking - Curry Hill East

I don't understand that when the scales are closed no one is working...the place is closed so that the trucks stop to rest or sleep sometimes there are too many people when the Alte route or truck stop..

My truck broke down at the entrance. At 8:45 Sunday night until the the Towtruck picked up my truck and I at 2am Monday morning.
