Since Rush bought the grand island location it has been absolutely terrible. You can never get through to anyone in parts. I guess I will go to Lincoln to buy my parts. It’s really a shame it was a great business

Shitty service and when trying to call all you get is a dam machine or or some person in another state. Only thing going for this place is the parts department.

As a previous poster wrote this place is a joke. They provide no communication, and they won’t respond to repair request. I left my truck with them Monday, they said they’d have it fixed by Wednesday. I’ve called 5 times and left …
