Reserved a parking spot - nothing available upon arrival . Manager on duty has no idea what they’re doing . Maybe don’t overbook especially during a 4 day weekend . Terrible experience - terrible customer service .

Paid for 24 hrs parking came back in 12 hrs and guess what ? my equipment has a towing warning. Ridiculous!

I went into this racetrack and will never return the associate SARAH was the rudest person I ever met no customer service in any way made it seem like it was a problem that I asked a simple question if she works there I will never return to any racetrack based on the people they hire SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED
