Decent truck stop to park at if delivering at Walmart DC

Don't know how it is a truck stop (perhpabut it does offer parking ($12?). Maybe I was at the wrong place but I did get a trailer washout. The lady was friendly.

It’s under construction, the bathrooms on the outside doesn’t even work and they are filled. When you finish paying for parking, they will still wake you up around midnight to see if you paid even when they took all the information they needed.
