Today, rude guy at desk,never had a chance to get a room, he says it private property, that he was mad I use restroom first,,place was empty, I see why ,holiday express, next door ,,never stop there again,

Young lady at front desk was rude and evidently didn't know what she was doing. I needed to extend my stay 1 day and was told by her my card was declined. I knew that this was untrue because I had just used it at breakfast & checked my balance "no issues" went next door & checked in np.
