Rodeway Inn Ontario Mills Mall

This place needs an update for the room the linen and the furniture. This facility is outdated the door door looks like it's kicked in it should be replaced this is a run-down facility. I took pictures too

Room was not clean, in order to get rooms clean and fresh towels you had to ask for them, service was nonexistent. Horrible experience

Very unhappy with the staff at this hotel. Besides the place being a dump. The guy working behind the desk needs to get a life. My wife and I tell them we have a service dog when we checked in. They asked my wife 2 more times is this …
