Our 8 foot 'sliding' glass door wasn't sliding any more. It felt like it was on gravel. Jack, from Ace, wrestled the 25 year old door out of the frame and quickly diagnosed the roller problem and was able to replace both. With perfect adjustments, the door opens and closes with one finger, like butter! Thanks!
