Office staff/front desk were rather unpleasant 2-days in a row. Not sure why they were rude, but their curt responses and brash conversation tone made for a difficult visit.

Sat outside this place for about a hour and a half and watched about 8-9 people go up to the front door and try to get in also lol. Place sucks

They do not offer assistance anytime after 4:45 it seems. Even thought they close at 5. Very frustrating. EDIT: Ended up going to the CareNow Cinic in Orem for my drug screening. As long as you’re in the building by their closing time they get you taken care of. Which is how it should be.
