The black lady who assisted me was so kind and helpful, I forget her name but she deserves a raise, I appreciate her vibrant spirit!!

I went for pre-employment drug screen. Service was good, short wait time, friendly courteous staff. My only complaint is there hours of operation. 8 to 5 or 9 to 5 just is not convenient for people working during those hours.
