Slowest lab on the face of the earth. Waited in line for 30 minutes with one person working and one patient in the back. Finally got up and left.

23 minute wait is now an hour and counting. A simple solution, such as being able to view the queue anywhere else in the building when the waiting room is full, or being able to see your updated wait time on your phone would help considerably.
