I went to little mary emergency room and they entered my results with OSF and recommended I follow-up at this clinic but they never answer the phone

I called over the phone and told them about my situation they told me that they can do ultrasound bloodwork everything then when I came they had me wait for an hour with pain so they tell me that they can’t see me basically they refused …

Terrible customer service.
