I went in, and was seen very quickly , no fuss, went directly into a room. Very nice young lady came in with concern and began test for covid and flu, all within an hour of me being there. I had sat in emergency at rgh from 4 _ 1030 and was not seen.

I made an appointment to go for a Uti and everyone was very nice and prompt!
