Urgent Care of Milford PLLC

No one was at the front desk when I arrived and there was no posted sign. I waited for twenty minutes before calling to ask if they were open, and only after did anyone come out. I understand being short staffed, but there was no urgency here to be available. It was a very impersonal and frustrating experience.

Excellent care given by Dr. Embree. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and explain things. Not all doctors do that anymore and you feel rushed out of there.

Extremely unprofessional! Their hours online say they are open till 7:00 p.m. I got there at 5:20 p.m. only to have the doors locked lights off and nobody inside, good thing they have a sign hanging on the door stating that their new hours are until 6:00 p.m. I guess everyone just decided they were going to go home early today
