OSF OnCall Urgent Care

Physician didn’t listen to my history of my ailment ignored everything that I said and said that I was coming out of it even though I explained to him this was the start of it. They also ignored my blood pressure which at the time was 174/98 I wasn’t satisfied at all. Also, my heart rate at the time was only 44.

Thanks to attending nurse practitioner Punam Trivede, nurse Mariam, and the X-Ray technician for all being kind, polite, quick and helpful

Horrible experience, doctor was actively rude to me. She told me to just take allergy medicine, which I already take everyday, and she can’t help until I’m sick for 3-4 weeks.. Never going back
